The Lipicai Apartmanházak are located in the center of Szilvásvárad, on the hillside above the Lipicai Hotel, in the same area as the hotel.
We have 6 identical apartment buildings. The floor area of the houses is 32 m². Each apartment is equipped with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, toilet.
The 3 bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for 6 people, and the corner sofa in the dining room can also be converted into a bed.
One room has a double bed, the other two rooms have two separate beds.
Youth and tourist accommodation
The Lipicai Youth Hostel is located right next to the Lipicai Hotel, in the center of Szilvásvárad, 200 meters from the entrance to the Szalajka Valley and the Lipicai Equestrian Center. Due to its location, it is an excellent starting point for walking tours and excursions.
The bus stop is 200 m from the hostel, and the railway station is 800 m away.
At the youth hostel, we can provide cheap accommodation for 50 people in separate rooms with bunk beds. All rooms are furnished with parquet floors and bunk beds. The women’s and men’s showers and toilets are located at the beginning of the corridor.
We organize forest schools, class trips, summer camps, and training camps with a full range of program services.
Villa Szilva
The location of the Villa Szilva Guesthouse is very popular. It is located on the “Rózsadomb” of Szilvásvárad, 400 m from the entrance to the Szalajka Valley, next to the Lipica Equestrian Museum and Stables.
The guest house has 8 comfortable rooms with bathrooms available to our guests. Each room has its own bathroom, free Wi-Fi, LED TV and free parking.
The house has 4 double-bed, 1 3-bed, 1 single-space 4-bed family room, 1 double-space 4-bed family apartment, and 1 double-bed mini-apartment.
Both family rooms and the mini apartment can accommodate extra beds. One double room has a balcony.
On the middle level of the house there is a spacious kitchen with all the necessary equipment, and a dining room, which can be used by our guests at the same time.
